New TSS requirements from 1 July 2018

By 11 July 2018August 19th, 2020No Comments

From 1 July 2018, applicants for TSS visas will be required to provide a good quality full-face view photograph with their application.  This will need to be uploaded to the visa application.

In addition to a photograph, TSS visa applicants who are sponsored by Overseas Business Sponsors and applying in certain countries will be required to provide full biometrics – that is, a set of fingerprints. These visa applicants will automatically receive a letter requesting this as soon as their application is lodged; biometrics are collected at specified locations in relevant countries.

We understand that there may be an exemption of the biometrics requirement for children under the age of 5 years.
