How Can We Help?

Family Situation Changes

New Relationship

You must notify the Department if you have started a new relationship with a person, who is your partner.

If you have already been granted your TSS visa, you may still be able to bring this person to Australia to be with you by applying as a Subsequent Entrant. For more information, please speak to your Ajuria advisor.

Birth of Child

You must notify the Department if you have had a baby, as soon as possible, even if they do not have a passport yet.

If your baby was born in Australia, they can be added to your visa, without having to make a separate application (even if the visa has already been granted or is still pending).

If your baby was born outside of Australia, they will need to obtain a visa before they can enter Australia.

Separation

If you have separated from your partner and your relationship has ended, you may no longer be classified as a dependant on your partner’s visa.

If you wish to continue to stay in Australia, you will need to apply for a new visa. Otherwise, you will need to make travel plans to leave Australia.

You must also notify the Department of this change – please speak to your Ajuria advisor.
